| Started in 1987, Salgar Construction Inc. had humble beginnings. The three brothers Raymond, Jose and Thomas Salazar were just teens when their parents purchased a lot to have a home built, as the construction process was under way they soon realized their three boys were putting their hands in the process as well. Their father agreed to include them in the building process right along all the sub-contractors. His expectations were for the brothers to learn from this experience so they could gain an understanding of how it all comes together; his method for education was very hands on. | ||||
